  The pepperoni Pizza I ate was the best I've had. It makes me feel like as if I was at a pizza place in New York. The bread I ate was awesome and the pizza was very easy to eat. Best pizza and best breads. Want you to open up more stores in and around Miami Shores, close to my dad's house and North Bay village, close to my Grandma's house. Open one on Lincoln Road or South Beach close to Ocean Drive too. You can attract a lot of people. Why not make a commercial on radio or on TV and ask people to donate money to you. Continue to attract more people to come and eat your pizzas and all of your other foods and succeed in what you've been making. I'm sending positive vibes .

  I hate to give Pizza Scene a bad review but the quality of their food and service has declined significantly in the past couple of months. I have been ordering from them several times a month for 4 years. The hold time on the phone and the delivery time has always been a little long but that wasn't a big deal to me because the service and food were good overall. The past few times I've ordered, though, I get put on hold without anyone saying anything. That was annoying, but at least there was a recording playing. Today, I called and got a click like I was hung up on twice and no recording. I called again thinking maybe there was a problem with the line and an impatient sounding young woman just said 'yes?' I had to ask if it was Pizza Scene. This is the second time the phone has been answered with an impatient 'yes.' Also, the quality of the food has gone done. The sauce appears to be watered down from how it used to be, the meat on the lasagna is so sparse I thought it was missing altogether last time and actually had to look for it, and the last Italian sub I ordered only has one slice of each meat on it and was completely soaked through with cheap Italian dressing. I squeezed about 1/4 cup of dressing off of it before I could try eating it. The Italian sub at subway is far better than that one was.
  I will see if it is possible to contact the owner about my experience...maybe they will get better. It's a shame, they used to be so good. Today, I actually ordered Domino's instead. I'll probably try Pizza Scene again in a few months to see if they've improved. Something is clearly going own there with the employees and I'm guessing lower level management as well. Hopefully they'll turn over soon enough and get better!
  *Oh, and the garlic rolls have gotten pretty bad too. They're never fresh anymore and last time I had them they were hard as rocks. I had to try microwaving them as soon as they got here to soften them up. Very disappointing :-(
